Our VIP service includes:
• Your personal project manager will guide you through every step of the move, communicating directly with the moving team and with you. Thanks to the manager, you do not need to worry about any details, such as a relocation, parking permission, insurance and the like.
• Your personal project managerpersonally attends to your stock: Any items which require extra care, e.g. furniture, works of art, and those designated by yourself, are paid extra attention to at packing.
• Employees: many movers dare to send temporary employees or unexperienced workforce to relocations, just to have “an extra hand”. This will never happen with us. Our employees are always trained in our company. They have the necessary experience and perform relocations, similar to your move, on an everyday basis.
• Personalised packaging materials and boxes: Truchel Movers will create boxes and materials to pack your works of art, furniture, glassware and precious items, giving them the attention they deserve.
• Luxury large-distance relocations: Your items will never be packed together with other goods in the same relocation van. All equipment used for your relocation is dedicated to your relocation purposes only for the entire removal process.
• Packing and unpacking service: Truchel Movers may provide packing and/or unpacking services of all boxed items. This may relate to individual glass items, or the entire contents.
